It is about hospitalization of Imam Khomeini, which happened just some months after the victory of Iran’s 1979 Revolution. The memoirs describes the aftermath of a sudden and unexpected heart attack suffered by the late founder of the Islamic Republic in 1980.
“We along with some friends made our arrival certain during a cold and snowy weather conditions to the holy city of Qom where the founder of the Islamic Revolution (Imam Khomeini) had suffered a heart attack. We managed to shift the great figure (Imam), to whom the revival of revolution owed, to Tehran and admitted him to the heart hospital in the capital. How tough and hard times we went through and passed through indescribable worries and concerns.”
